can i change or cancel my order?

If you realize you need to make an adjustment to your order, please send us a message ASAP. If you need to add something to your order, we can help you out over the phone at 347-897-6381. Please specify you are calling in regards to an Indigo Apparel online purchase, and provide your order number and phone number, so that we can get it taken care of as quickly as possible. We process orders very fast, so if you need to cancel, and your items have already been packed and sent, you'll have to treat it as a return. We'll always do our best to catch your package before it leaves!

 

can i check my order status?

As soon as your order is packed & shipped (please allow 2 days), we will send you an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information. Ah, technology.

 

i think my package is lost- help!

If you've tracked your package, and it says "Delivered", send us a message immediately! We will do everything we can to track it down. Unfortunately, if we shipped it to the correct address, we can't be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

can i order a custom item?

Yes! When Custom Orders are open, you’ll find a Deposit for Custom item listed in the shop. Sometimes these will be listed as specific fabrics that are available or pre-orders (which can be “made-to-measure”).

 

how do i know what size to order?

We are currently working on a Size Guide for each style to serve as a guideline for helping you find your size in Indigo. Our silhouettes vary from slim-fitting to oversized, so each style will have different measurements. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, please feel free to send us a message. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements -as well as any styles you are wondering about- with your note and we’ll help you out.

 

what's the deal with e-gift cards?

You can order a gift for your friends + family without making the tough decisions of style + size. E-gift cards can be applied to your online order, and in-person at markets or our flagship The Studio Phantasmagoria (only applicable on Indigo Apparel merch). You can't use a gift card to buy another gift card. Sorry, e-gift cards cannot be applied retroactively, so find something new :)
